Previous Employer Safety Performance History
If you have held DOT regulated driving employment in the past three years, you have the right to review information provided by previous employers regarding your safety performance history. You have the right to have errors in that information corrected by the previous employer, and for the previous employer to resend the corrected information if you and the previous employer cannot agree on its accuracy.
To review this information, you must submit a written request to Eagleton Septic. This request may be made at any time, including at the time of application, up to thirty days after being employed, or upon notification of denial of employment. Eagleton Septic will provide this information within five business days of receiving your written request, or within five business days of receiving it from the previous employer if it has not yet been received. If you do not arrange to pick up or receive the requested records within thirty days of Eagleton Septic making them available, Eagleton Septic may consider you to have waived your request.
